The earlier the better — weekends and peak season fill up fast. We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks ahead, but always ask about last-minute dates; we’ll do our best to make magic happen.
We’re based in Southwest Florida and travel throughout the region to bring the ponies to you. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside our core area — share your address in the booking form and we’ll give you exact details.
A flat, grassy or firm area works best — roughly the size of a large driveway or a corner of a backyard or park. We’ll confirm specifics based on your package and pony count. Shade and trailer parking are a big help!
Our ponies are wonderful with little ones — the Enchanted Unicorn package is tailored for ages 3–8, and other packages welcome all ages. For everyone’s safety (especially the ponies’), riders follow a weight limit we’ll confirm when you book. Older kids and grown-ups can always enjoy grooming, feeding, and photos.
Absolutely — our ponies are gentle, well-trained, and deeply loved. A trained handler stays with each pony at all times, leads every ride, and keeps things calm and safe. Their comfort and your children’s safety always come first.
Florida weather can be unpredictable! If storms threaten your date, we’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust, always putting the children’s and ponies’ safety first. We’ll talk through a plan together when you book.
Every event is a little different, so we put together a custom quote based on your package, add-ons, guest count, and location. Send us your details and we’ll share pricing right away.
Yes! We love schools and daycares, community events, festivals and markets, HOA gatherings, and photo sessions. If you have ponies and smiles in mind, we can probably make it happen — just ask.
